In Jarosławiec there is the largest cliff on the central coast - its length is about 2 km and its height is up to 24 m. Even at the beginning of the 20th century, the local sea shore was moving inland by about 0.5 meters per year. To prevent this, spurs and a concrete protective band were built. Large boulders and concrete star blocks were also placed along the cliff. The steep edges of the cliff are overgrown with trees (black pine) and dune vegetation with protected St. Nicholas. There are many viewpoints along the cliff coast from which you can admire the beautiful beach and the clean Baltic Sea.
