The price includes:
7 nights in comfortable hotel rooms,
meals 3 times a day:
7 breakfasts in the form of a rich buffet so you can create your favorite flavors (hot dishes, cold dishes and snacks, fruits, sweets, hot and cold drinks)
6 lunches with drinks served to the table (soup, main course, and a little something for dessert)
7 dinners consisting of a cold buffet and a hot dish served to the table
implementation of the recreational program:
morning exercise in groups with an instructor (approx. 30 min.)
daily physical activity (except Saturdays): morning warm-up, trekking in the mountains with an instructor
access to the swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath (at specified hours)
gymnastics in the hall - 45 min. daily.
Meals can be composed according to Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska's fruit and vegetable diet 600 - 800 kcal (additional cost) or according to the 1100 - 1200 kcal diet.
Sample daily schedule for recreational and weight-loss sessions:
7:30 - morning warm-up in groups with an instructor 9:00 - 13:00 - group activities in the field (minimum 2 hours depending on the fitness level of the group) - mountain hike 14:00 - 22:00 - stationary activities:
gymnastics in the hall, swimming pool, sauna, steam bath
A highly qualified team takes care of the vacationers.
For the session, you should bring: sportswear suitable for the type of activity, specialized footwear for outdoor activities, and attire and shoes for the gym.

All therapeutic treatments and wellness services as well as cosmetic services are subject to additional charges.
