For the sake of your safety, as well as the safety of our employees and their families, we are limiting or suspending operational activities in our facilities.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
We all find ourselves in a difficult situation caused by the coronavirus pandemic. We cannot stand idly by and count on a sudden improvement in current conditions.
On March 24, an amendment to the regulation on declaring a state of epidemic was published in the Journal of Laws. As announced by Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, it introduces restrictions on movement and prohibits the organization of gatherings and is valid until April 11 this year.
The restrictions introduced by the government result from concern for all of us and we should adapt to them. However, this requires us to make difficult decisions in which we always put the well-being of our guests first. For the sake of your safety, as well as the safety of our employees and their families, we are limiting or suspending operational activities in our facilities.
Until April 11, we will not accept guests in all our hotels and resorts.
However, please do not cancel your reservations. We have prepared several suggestions for you that will allow you to spend your holiday with us at a different time and we hope that they will meet with your approval.
Our employees are at your disposal at the following telephone numbers:
☎32 326 23 69 from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
☎32 326 23 50 from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
☎505 623 666 from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
Monday to Friday
We also encourage you to contact the reception desks of our hotels directly.
We would like to remind you that you can also contact us by e-mail nat@nat.pl and via social media https://www.facebook.com/NATwczasy/
In some of our seasonal facilities, operational activities are suspended until June 1, but we will make every effort to extend the season until the end of October.
We offer all our guests favorable conditions for changing their stay. We hope that the situation will be under control and all of you will be able to relax in our hotels and recreation centers, and our employees will be able to return to their normal duties.
