The offer applies to stays of 7 nights in the periods: 19.10 - 21.12.2024 and 07.01 - 02.03.2022 and 02.03 - 17.04.2025.
The price includes:
7 nights in comfortable hotel rooms,
3 meals a day:
7 breakfasts in the form of a rich buffet, allowing you to compose your favorite flavors (hot dishes, cold dishes and snacks, fruits, sweets, hot and cold drinks)
6 lunches with drinks served at the table (soup, main course, and a little something for dessert)
7 dinners consisting of a cold buffet and a hot dish served at the table
implementation of the recreation program:
morning warm-up in groups with an instructor (about 30 min.)
daily physical activity (except Saturdays): morning warm-up, trekking in the mountains with an instructor
use of the swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath (at specified hours)
gymnastic classes in the hall - 45 min. daily.
Meals can be composed according to Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska's fruit-and-vegetable diet 600 - 800 kcal (diet is extra charged) or according to the 1100 - 1200 kcal diet.
Sample daily schedule for recreational and weight loss sessions:
7:30 - morning warm-up in groups with an instructor 9:00 - 13:00 - group activities outdoors (minimum 2 hours depending on the fitness of the group) - mountain hike 14:00 - 22:00 - stationary activities:
gymnastics in the hall, swimming pool, sauna, steam bath
aqua aerobics, callanetics, massages, kinesitherapy, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy (extra charged).
Supervision of vacationers is provided by highly qualified staff.
For the session, one should bring: sportswear appropriate for the type of activity, specialized footwear for outdoor activities, and clothing and footwear for the gym.
Additional information:
All therapeutic and wellness treatments and cosmetic services are additionally charged.

There is an option to purchase a special diet on site:
